Delicious Vegan Recipe Pumpkin Sinkonta

500 g pumpkin

1 teaspoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 tablespoon of chili paste

2 onions

3 cloves of garlic

Salt, pepper

Slice the pumpkins and put them in my bowl.

Mix olive oil, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl, pour over the pumpkins and mix again.

Chop the onions and garlic randomly over the marinated pumpkins.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour.

If you wish, you can serve it with garlic yogurt, butter and parsley.
