2 ripe avocados 1/2 red onion 1/2 red chili pepper 1/4 lime (lime) 20 gr. Olive oil 1/2 cucumber 7-8 cherry tomatoes 4 leaves of basil 4 leaves of mint 1 teaspoon of salt (optional) Peel the avocados with a spoon or a knife. If there are any black parts, clean them to reduce the speed of darkening and cut into large cubes and set aside. Chop the red onion in julienne. After removing the seeds of the red pepper, cut it into brunoise (small cubes). Clean the inside of the cucumber with a spoon and finely chop it. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Finely chop the mint and basil leaves. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt to it and mix.
